Awaken to the Present Moment with Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness meditation is surprisingly simple and remarkably subtle. Over time, and with some consistency of practice one may:
- develop a more relaxed state of awareness,
- learn to be more in the moment (i.e. doing one thing at a time, being present to a person when talking with them),
- learn to observe more keenly what our physical body and our emotional being is trying to tell us.

Paths to Wholeness
Healing Arts of Capitol Hill invites you to join us for our seminar series, Paths to Wholeness. In this series of informal seminars, a variety of presenters will offer their ideas on how we might learn to bring abundance, satisfaction and fullness into our lives. Some presentations will be followed by conversation and a chance to share ideas. Some seminars will be experiential.
